Dear Global Coaching Community,

I have stopped counting our correspondences, as it’s become part of a flowing conversation. Thank you all for your feedbacks and support.

Now, when we are all back to our desks, after a long hot summer, the first question that comes to mind, is how do we ignite our business with vivid goals, reaching new horizons.

When I work with my clients on these issues, I use the visualization techniques to explore all possibilities through the inner engine. I would like to do that with you.

  So here it goes:

Create a mental picture of a Rolls Royce, say repeatedly the words “ Rolls Royce” what images do you see when you hear yourself sound the words “ Rolls Royce? “ Most of us see a shiny handmade car, a uniformed chauffeur standing in front of the open door waiting for you to enter, after closing the door behind you; he sits in the driver’s seat, and you, a perfectly tailored couple sitting comfortably in the back seat, on your way to Ascot or Wimbledon. You are in the Rolls Royce, the quintessential stodgy British made car, right? Can you feel the value? Can you feel the blood in your veins turning blueJ? Can you feel a few inches taller and your English get a kind of British edge J the scent of success, of leadership, of abundance comes to mind, to body and to soul.

Accessing an image, to which we have been exposed to, in James Bond and other movies, can shift our state of mind, attitude, perception, even though very few of us have ever seen a real live Rolls Royce not to mention been inside one. And yet, we

know exactly how it feels? J

Working with this fantastic tool of imaginary envisioning, keeping the images and feelings, as a reference point, when thinking of yourself, your career goals, new horizons, just as gently and just as trusting as that hand made art crafted car. You and vision; partnering on a journey, to a chosen destination. The garage is full of vehicles for you to choose from, checkout the Rolls Royce and see where it will take you.

Think about itJ.

With Great Joy,
