Dr. Terri Levine will be coming to the Second International
Coaching Conference in January. For 10 years now, Terri has been
coaching private clients and organizations, she has a coaching school
which has trained over 2800 coaches so far, and is an expert in coaching
for attracting new clients and having them stay for the long term.
Terri’s coaching method is based on structured coaching plans, 16 processes
are taught at her school, each of them a coaching plan which produces a
transformation in a specific field of the client’s life. At the conference,
Terri will teach 3 of these processes. To my question whether these will be the
exact same processes she teaches at her school, Terri answers: “of course,
if you had signed up for our coach’s course, you would have had to pay thousand
of dollars for this information”.
Up until 10 years ago, Terri was the president of a health center. Seemingly she had everything:
An excellent salary, prestige and status, but according to her, she was miserable.
“Besides work, I had no time for family, friends or hobbies. Of course this situation affected
my health as well. I gained weight, and my hair started to fall out, I knew I had to make a change”.
Through the change that she had undergone, Terri transformed from that unhappy person, into a person
with a full and joyous life. “I understood that my role in life is to coach others, and help them find,
just like I did, their own destiny”. These days Terri travels from country to country, sharing with people
all over the world the process she had gone through. She says this process can be of use to coaches in
helping clients create extraordinary lives. “The process itself has amazing results. It enables people
to easily enter the depth of their souls, to find their inner mission, their life vision, while creating
a pattern of behavior which is based on their inner passions and also fills them with happiness,
peace and harmony”.
Regarding her lecture on The 12 Happiness Principles For Creating An EXTRAordinary
Life and Business Terri says: “People who attend, will understand the way to happiness,
and how they can create a comprehensive plan for happiness in their lives. They will learn
how to use the 12 principles of happiness in their lives, as well as their clients’, how to
be more optimistic and empowered and to coach others to be so, they will be able to recognize
their brilliant ideas and know how to have their clients recognize theirs.
You told us you feel that you have gone from misery to great happiness, how do you define happiness?
Happiness in my eyes is finding and knowing your innermost passions, respecting your primary mission,
your inner vision and life goal…This is the true essence of being full of joy at every moment.
Only then can you know that you are truly blessed just as you are, disregarding the current circumstances
in your life, and that God is not wrong, everything that happens is perfect and just as it should have been.
The moment you coach out of that belief, you actually enable your clients to learn, understand, expect and
live a life in which they are happy on the inside, and also implement this happiness in reality.
Whoever comes to the conference, will expand their coaching skills, discover new coaching tools,
and learn a proven and affective coaching process. They will also receive a structured plan for
coaching clients, in order to easily get more clients, who will stay for the long term, whilst
arriving at great results in their lives.
In my lectures, coaches will receive a full working framework and a coaching plan that can help them in
their work.
In my workshops I plan to give proven, profitable coaching methods,
which attract clients and give them great results. Coaches will be able to
learn to use these methods quickly whether they are experienced or new,
personal or business coaches.

When you say an effective, proven coaching process, what do you mean?
I teach coaches new structured coaching plans, at the end of the day;
they walk out with a structured plan according to which they coach their client.
The coach does not ask the client what he/she wishes to be coached on today, but rather
the coach goes according to the coaching plan. It may sound a bit rigid and non creative,
but coaching plans, despite being structured, are not rigid. There is still room for the coach
to bring his/her own personality and professionalism into the process. Coaches can improvise,
and still use a proven work plan, which has worked for 2800 coaches and brought tens of thousands
of clients to their goals, which means that the chance they will stay with the same coach,
and even send more clients, grows.
My goal is not only to make people into great coaches, but also to provide them with tools
which will help them draw more clients to them, and make more money. I personally have developed
a $12 million dollar revenue base, and I have no doubt that every coach can get enough work.
How is it that so many coaches today are having a hard time making money?
Coaching has been around since Socrates and Plato and is not a new industry.
It is an industry gaining in popularity and acceptance as life today is complex
and people understand they need additional resources and that coaching gives long lasting outcomes.
What is not quite right yet is that programs teaching coaching do not teach people systems for marketing
that work and are proven. They tell people to give away coaching or give free sessions and this is why many
coaches make no money. I am on a mission to be sure people understand how to professionally market and
I know for a fact this is a serious money making business IF you do it right. Coaches need to stop
spending their time and money getting initials after their names and giving away free coaching.
They need to focus on creating a business and if you have initials or not, doesn't matter.
Not ONE of the over 1100 clients I have coached knows my education and initials and none,
including my fortune 100 companies, care. What they care about is I really am a great coach
and they get results. Coaches need to get their eyes on the right ball! They need to stop
spending most of their time with other coaches and instead do prospecting for clients.
Put MSU after your name if it makes you feel better (Make Stuff Up) but stop with the focus
on gaining initials. Get the best training on the planet and learn the best marketing systems
on the planet and get out there and be a business owner!
In Conclusion, I was interested in Terri’s feelings on the location of the conference
I am very excited. My husband and I have wanted to go to Israel for over 25 years and
I feel it is a dream come true! I am excited to share what I know and believe deeply in
with people around the world and look forward to meeting new people, making connections
and developing long term relationships.
